Cacao Almond Balls

These sugar-free bliss balls are absolutely delicious and very moreish yet only contain clean ingredients!

They can be made in minutes and stored in a tupperware for several days although I guarantee they won’t last that long!

Ingredients: makes 10 - 12

125g almonds

35g desiccated coconut

8 medjool dates, stones removed

2 tbsp cacao powder

2 tbsp water


Combine all the ingredients together in a  food processor.

Blend until it starts to stick together into a doughy mixture (add a tiny bit more water if necessary but don’t make them too wet).

Scoop out the ingredients and make into individual balls.

Store in a sealed container either in a cool kitchen or the fridge.
