Most people now know avocado for it’s super food status. Add garlic and chilli into this recipe and your health will thank you!
This is a tasty alternative to traditional guacamole and goes fantastically with my beetroot patties, vegetable crudites or with any Mexican dish.
Ingredients: serves 4-6
1 ripe avocado
8 tbsps. full fat Greek or natural yoghurt
1 small garlic clove
juice of 1/2 lemon or 1 tbsp lemon juice
1 dried chilli or 1/2 fresh red chilli
This is so simple.
Literally just pop all the ingredients into a food processor and whizz together until smooth and glossy.
This will keep for a few days in the fridge.
