Will I be hungry in the programme?

No! This is not a diet nor is it about starving yourself. If you find yourself feeling hungry then add in a snack from the snack section – there are both snacks you can preprepare plus ideas for on the go.

Will I really see results in just 21 days?

Yes! By removing the foods that cause tiredness, bloating and weight gain you will start to find you have more energy, drop a few pounds and feel lighter and brighter.

What do I eat during the programme?

I have provided 3 weeks worth of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack recipes plus shopping lists for you to follow. You can of course play around with this to suit your own lifestyle and timetable or simply make up recipes of your own ensuring you keep it clean of course!

What if I have a party or am away during the programme?

Life happens. I provide you with a guide to eating out so that you can make the best choices possible without worrying about it.

Do I have to do it on the dates specified?

Not at all. Once you have the programme it is yours to keep and go back to time and time again so feel free to do it whenever you like.

Will I be able to ask questions during the programme?
