“Abby delivered a well- balanced, enjoyable and interesting Get Fit and Healthy Programme. Both the weekly modules and HIIT workouts were pitched at the right level and fitted into my busy lifestyle.
Although I didn’t achieve all my goals (due to a few external factors) I’ve definitely benefitted from, and enjoyed being part of the programme. I’ve learnt some very helpful techniques from Abby’s modules (ie assessing level of hunger and chewing) that I will continue to use.
