Sugar- Free Almond Butter Biscuits

These are incredibly quick and easy biscuits and they taste really yummy.

My two year old loves them and thinks they are a real treat but they only contain healthy ingredients!

Be warned though they are very crumbly!

Ingredients: makes 10

275g almond butter

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 tsp powdered stevia


Preheat oven to 220 degrees / 200 degrees fan/ gas mark 6.

In a medium bowl combine the almond butter, egg, vanilla and stevia.  Stir until well combined and starting to resemble dough.

Use clean hands to make 1-inch sized balls of the dough and place them on an ungreased baking tray.

Using a fork press them down into biscuits and place them directly into the oven for 15 minutes until they are starting to turn golden brown.  NB  Some ovens may vary so please keep an eye on them and once they start to brown, remove immediately.

Remove from the oven and leave to cool for at least 10 minutes before removing from the tray or they will fall apart.
